Cancellation Policy

At least 50% of total is due on the date of booking. Any remaining balance is due eight weeks prior to service. If you make your final payment late, you will be charged a $25 late payment fee. Once notified, you'll have 3 days to make your final payment and be charged another late payment fee of $25. If your balance remains unpaid another 4 days, we will cancel your services and you will not be refunded your deposit. In the case of customer cancellation: You will be refunded 100% of your deposit if you cancel your reservation within 8 weeks of reservation dates, 75% of your deposit if you cancel within 7 weeks of reservation dates, and 50% of deposit if you cancel within 6 weeks prior to reservation dates (even if service is booked 6 weeks in advance). If you cancel any time in less than 6 weeks prior to services, you will lose all deposit. If you have any balance remaining it is still due. Your cancelled services still must be paid in full at this time if they were not prior.
