Service Description

We love to meet our clients and their pet(s) prior to scheduling an actual service. By doing this we both know that we are a good fit for eachother and your pet(s). Also during this visit we are able to solidify your needs and concerns and we are able to get a feel of exactly where everything we need for your pet(s) is at your home and can make any notes needed. We will also have you fill out some paperwork on your pets for safety reasons. This way we will both be 100% comfortable while you are away that we have all of the information needed just in case anything occurs that we might need it for reference.

Cancellation Policy

LEGAL TERMS: At least 50% of total is due on the date of booking. The balance is due two weeks prior to service. If you make your final payment a week late, you will be charged a $20 late payment fee. You will then have 3 days to make your final payment prior to your service. If your balance remains unpaid, we will have to cancel your services and you will not be refunded your deposit. In the case of customer cancellation: You will be refunded 100% of deposit if you cancel reservation within 4 weeks of booking, 75% of your deposit if you cancel in less than 4 weeks (even if service is booked 4 weeks in advance), and 50% of deposit if cancelled 3 weeks prior to scheduled services. If you cancel any time in less than 3 weeks prior to services, you will lose your deposit. Alteration of Reserved Services: If you have reserved dates with us and need to alter those dates due to ANY circumstance (i.e. shortening a scheduled vacation, etc.), we reserve the right to retain the entire deposit and only apply to your updated invoice up to 50% of the new balance due (if of equal or lesser value).
